WaterColor Beach update on 7-22. WaterColor beach was pretty busy today with alot of people out swimming in the water. WaterColor Beach update. The beaches are currently open and the oil is predicted to stay in the west for some time The water is a little darker due to them draining the coastal lake next to WaterColor it should clear up soon

The water is clear A few tarchips in the water no smell of oil a littl june grass in the water but very light wonderful day the oil has withdrawn

Video from 6-25 today on WaterColor Beach showing how the water and beaches are looking. Had tar-chips along water’s edge, looking farther out june-grass was lighter here than some of the surrounding beaches at the time.

WaterColor Beach update no signs of oil some people remarked they had seen tarballs yesterday we didn’t come across any plenty of people in the water and no smell of oil WaterColor Beach did have some june grass but it seems to be clearing up Great day in WaterColor
