Destin is clear of the oil spill. In fact the oil spill is shrinking, the only problem nobody seems to know why, the surface oil is breaking up and dissappearing. New predictions have the oil spill moving farther west toward LA shores and showing us in the clear.

The oil is predicted to withdraw to the west over the next 72 hours even farther from Destin and surrounding Beaches. This is the biggest movement of the oil to the west in over a month. The contacts I have on the water have confirmed the latest predictions The current weather and current should be pushing the oil more to the west away from Destin. This is video from today at the Crab Trap in Destin. The beach had a few tarballs mixed in the water The beaches were open people swimming no smell of oil had some june grass
