Here is a quick update of what Issac is looking like in Destin, FL.
Video of Destin Beach as of 5:45pm during tropical storm Isaac.
The winds haven't been as high as expected and the Walton County area downgraded this to a tropical storm, with winds and rain starting around 6:45pm.
The bridges in the area have remained open while some stores closed in preparation some have opened.
Power seems to be on for the time being with some short outages. (my computer shutdown twice before posting this update due to power issues)
Fortunately the main force of the storm isn't hitting here and our prayers go out to those who are.
